🚀 Hiring: Power BI Administrator 🚀

Power BI Administrator

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Manage and support
Power BI Service, Gateways, and Report Server
Oversee
workspace management, user access, capacity planning
, and refresh monitoring
Work closely with business and technical teams to resolve issues and optimize performance
Handle
incident, problem, and change management
processes (ITIL)
Support cross-functional teams in a
24/7 L2 support model
Collaborate with customers and stakeholders for issue resolution and reporting

🔹 Required Skills

Strong experience in
Power BI Admin, Power BI Service, and Gateway Administration
Knowledge of
Power BI architecture, licensing & security
Hands-on with
DAX, Power Query, and data modeling
Experience with
Active Directory/ Azure AD & SSO
Automation experience using
PowerShell / REST APIs
Experience using
ServiceNow / Control-M
or similar tools
Knowledge of
ITIL Processes & Metrics
Experience in
Banking Domain
preferred
Excellent communication, analytical and reporting skills
