Job Summary

MS Power BI Administration to drive impactful data solutions. In this hybrid role you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design implement and optimize data architectures that enhance business intelligence capabilities. With a focus on innovation and efficiency you will play a crucial role in transforming data into actionable insights contributing to the companys strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of robust data architectures using MS Power BI to support business intelligence initiatives.
Oversee the administration and optimization of Power BI environments to ensure high performance and reliability.
Provide expert guidance on best practices for data modeling visualization and dashboard creation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective data solutions.
Ensure data security and compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.
Develop and maintain documentation for data architecture and Power BI configurations.
Conduct regular performance tuning and troubleshooting to address any issues in the Power BI environment.
Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance team members proficiency in Power BI tools.
Monitor and evaluate emerging trends in data analytics to recommend innovative solutions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data quality and reporting accuracy.
Coordinate with IT teams to integrate Power BI with other enterprise systems and data sources.
Support the development of data governance frameworks to ensure data integrity and consistency.
Engage in strategic planning to align data architecture with business goals. Qualifications
Possess a deep understanding of MS Power BI administration and its application in business intelligence.
Demonstrate strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Exhibit excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
Have a proven track record of successfully implementing data solutions in a hybrid work model.
Show proficiency in data modeling visualization and dashboard creation using Power BI.
