Job Summary

We are looking for a Post Sales Technical Manager in New Delhi to lead our post-sales operations, ensuring smooth customer onboarding, training, and long-term satisfaction. This role requires strong technical expertise, team leadership, and client management skills. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between customers, the technical team, and the sales team, driving successful software implementation, customer retention, and subscription renewals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the post-sales technical team, assigning and monitoring activities.
  • Oversee software installation, configuration, and successful customer onboarding.
  • Plan and execute training schedules for customers and internal teams.
  • Monitor training delivery, collect feedback, and ensure documented customer confirmation.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support training targets, implementation, and pending payments.
  • Work closely with clients to address technical queries and ensure smooth adoption of solutions.
  • Ensure timely submission of reports and maintain documentation of post-sales activities.
  • Support subscription renewals through effective customer engagement and post-sales actions
  • Build long-term customer relationships by driving satisfaction and continuous improvement.


Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Production/Tool Engineering or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in post-sales support, technical management, or application engineering in CAD/CAM, CNC machining, or related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of CNC machining processes, CAM software, and manufacturing workflows.
  • Proven team management, planning, and client-handling experience.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to travel for client visits and onsite training as required.
