About the Role

Post-Sales AGM / DGM Real Estate

Key Responsibilities

Post-Sales Operations Client Coordination

  • Oversee

    Resale Post Sales

    processes, ensuring seamless transition of ownership and documentation.
  • Conduct

    Developer Welcome Calls

    to introduce clients to project processes, timelines, and support.
  • Ensure accurate

    Deal Login Confirmation

    in the system for every closed transaction.
  • Manage

    BRC (Booking Receipt Confirmation)

    and follow-up to ensure all client acknowledgments are captured.
  • Implement and monitor

    Mandate Post Sales

    procedures to ensure compliance and client satisfaction.

CRM Process Management

  • Manage CRM system for post-sales activities, ensuring accurate lead – client – and deal data.
  • Track post-sales interactions, follow-ups, and escalations within CRM to optimize client engagement.
  • Generate reports and dashboards from CRM for senior management to track post-sales KPIs and team performance.
  • Ensure proper documentation and workflow adherence across all post-sales and CRM processes.

Team Leadership – Process Management

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the post-sales and CRM team, setting clear targets and monitoring performance.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, progress reviews, and training sessions on post-sales and CRM processes.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs for all post-sales and CRM activities to ensure standardized operations.
  • Coordinate with Sales – Closing, Accounts – Finance, and Compliance teams to ensure smooth client handover.

Client Experience – Relationship Management

  • Act as a single point of contact for post-sales client queries and issue resolution.
  • Maintain high standards of client satisfaction through timely communication and follow-ups.
  • Track client feedback and implement improvements to enhance the post-sales experience.

Reporting – Monitoring

  • Maintain detailed records of post-sales and CRM activities, client interactions, and escalation logs.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on post-sales KPIs, team performance, and client feedback.
  • Identify bottlenecks in post-sales and CRM processes and propose corrective actions.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication – relationship-building – and client handling skills.
  • Strong understanding of

    post-sales processes, CRM systems, resale, BRC, mandates, and deal management

    in real estate.
  • Team management – mentoring – and process optimization skills.
  • Proficiency in

    CRM – lead tracking – reporting tools

    .
  • Confident, organized, and client-focused with a problem-solving mindset.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 7–12 years of experience in

    real estate post-sales operations, CRM management, and client servicing

    .
  • Proven track record of managing high-value post-sales portfolios and teams.
  • Experience handling

    Resale Post Sales, Developer Welcome Calls, BRC, Deal Login Confirmation, Mandate Post Sales

    processes preferred.
  • Graduate in Business – Management – Real Estate or related field preferred.
