Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Post Sales Analyst located in Jaipur. The Post Sales Analyst will be responsible for analyzing sales data, communicating with customers, providing excellent customer service, assisting with financial aspects of sales, and supporting the sales team. Qualifications Analytical Skills and Finance skills Communication and Customer Service skills Experience in post sales Sales Strong attention to detail Problem-solving abilities Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field Guide clients through the onboarding process and ensure proper usage of the product or service Collect and analyze post-sales data, customer feedback, usage metrics, and satisfaction scores. Prepare reports highlighting customer trends, retention risks, and opportunities for improvement. Maintain strong client relationships by addressing post-sale queries and concerns. Act as a liaison between customers and internal technical or support teams. Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and development teams to communicate customer insights. Help identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities by understanding client needs Experience with CRM and project management tools Understanding of software implementation processes or IT services. Knowledge of customer journey mapping and user experience improvement. Certification in Business Analysis or related tools is a plus.
