Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Coordinate and communicate effectively between clients and consultants to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.
Manage project schedules, deliverables, and resources to meet project objectives.
Maintain and update project trackers, dashboards, and reports using advanced Excel and other tools.
Monitor project progress, identify risks or delays, and proactively suggest solutions.
Support project governance by preparing status reports, presentations, and documentation.
Assist in resource allocation, utilization tracking, and workload management.
Facilitate client meetings, reviews, and follow-ups to ensure smooth communication flow.
Maintain project data accuracy and ensure documentation compliance as per PMO standards.

Preferred candidate profile

34 years of experience in a
PMO, project coordination
, or
client-facing
role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
Strong command over
Advanced Excel
(pivot tables, dashboards, formulas) and spreadsheet management.
Experience working with
Microsoft Teams
,
SharePoint
, or other collaboration tools.
Good understanding of
resource management
and project tracking.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
