• SAP MM Implementation

  : Lead the end-to-end implementation of the SAP Materials Management module, including requirement gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, and Go-Live.

• Configuration and Customization

  : Configure SAP MM settings for procurement, inventory management, materials valuation, and vendor management. Customize the module as per business needs and industry best practices.

• Integration with Other Modules

  : Work closely with other SAP functional teams (SD, WM, PP, FICO) for seamless integration and process alignment across SAP.

• Business Process Improvement

  : Analyze business requirements and optimize existing MM processes to enhance operational efficiency and cost savings.

• Support and Troubleshooting

  : Provide ongoing support to users, troubleshoot issues, and resolve tickets related to SAP MM.

• Training and Documentation

  : Conduct training sessions for end-users on SAP MM functionalities. Prepare detailed documentation, including process flows, configuration documents, and training materials.

• System Testing

  : Lead system testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Change Management

  : Participate in change management activities, including assisting with the transition to new systems, processes, and functionalities.

• Upgrades and Enhancements

  : Participate in system upgrades and enhancements, ensuring that new features align with business requirements.

Skills and Experience Required

• Experience

  : Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience working as an SAP MM Consultant with at least 2 full-cycle SAP implementations.

• SAP MM Configuration

  : In-depth knowledge of key SAP MM functionalities including Procurement Process (Purchase Orders, RFQ, Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Contracts, etc.), Inventory Management, Invoice Verification, Vendor Master Data, Material Master Data, and Material Valuation.

• Integration Knowledge

  : Experience in integrating SAP MM with SAP SD, PP, WM, and FICO modules.

• Analytical Skills

  : Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into SAP solutions.

• Communication Skills

  : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Troubleshooting

  : Expertise in identifying and resolving issues related to SAP MM configurations and user-reported issues.

• Documentation

  : Ability to create clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation for system configuration and processes.
