Description
We are seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in both front-end and back-end development, with expertise in React, Node.js/Next.js, TypeScript, AWS, and relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL. A keen eye for UI/UX design is a significant plus, as we value creating intuitive and user-friendly applications. The role involves active development using React, Node.js, Next.js, AWS, and MySQL, while also building, mentoring, and managing a small team of developers. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript. Manage a small team of full-stack and front-end developers; assign tasks, review code, and ensure delivery Collaborate with product owner and business stakeholders to refine technical specifications and sprint plans Build and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services with Node.js. Develop and optimize database schemas and queries for MySQL or PostgreSQL. Deploy, manage, and scale applications on AWS infrastructure. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality features. Implement UI/UX best practices to enhance user experience. Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure the quality of the code. Required Skills & Experience: 4-5 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer. Proficiency in React, Next.js, and TypeScript. Strong experience with Node.js and backend frameworks (e.g., Express.js). Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, and API Gateway. Solid understanding of relational databases, specifically MySQL or PostgreSQL. Familiarity with Git and Agile development methodologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Nice to Have: Experience with server less architectures on AWS (e.g., Lambda). Knowledge of Graph QL or other API protocols. DevOps experience (e.g., Docker, Terraform, Cloud Formation). Familiarity with authentication mechanisms (OAuth, JWT). Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design. Experience with design tools like figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. Ability to create pixel-perfect front-end components.
