ROLE DESCRIPTION

Plumbing Engineer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

plumbing & piping systems

• Prepare

  BOQs, drawings, and material take-offs

• Coordinate with

  site engineers, consultants, architects, and clients

• Supervise site execution to ensure quality, safety, and timelines
• Manage contractors, vendors, and manpower on-site
• Ensure compliance with

  IS codes, safety standards, and project specifications

• Inspect installations and conduct testing & commissioning
• Resolve site issues and provide technical solutions
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports

Required skills and experience

• 5+ years of experience as a

  Plumbing / Piping Engineer

• Strong knowledge of

  water supply, drainage, fire-fighting, and piping systems

• Ability to read and interpret

  construction & plumbing drawings

• Experience in

  industrial, commercial, or large residential projects

• Familiarity with

  IS codes, CPWD norms, and safety practices

• Proficient in

  AutoCAD (preferred)

  and MS Office
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering
• Experience in

  EPC, infrastructure, or MEP contracting firms

• Exposure to

  large-scale piping networks and pressure systems

• Leadership ability to handle multiple sites or teams
