Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Mechanical Engineer located in Bengaluru. The Junior Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for supporting machine design, utilizing computer-aided design (CAD) software, assisting in project management, and contributing to research and development (R&D) efforts. Day-to-day tasks will involve collaborative problem-solving, detailed engineering assessments, and ensuring the quality of deliverables.

Qualifications

• Strong Mechanical Engineering and Machine Design skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site activities related to piping installation and fittings.
• Assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of piping projects.
• Coordinate with design engineers, contractors, and labor teams.
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings, quality standards, and safety norms.
• Maintain records of material usage, manpower, and progress reports.
• Support in resolving technical/site issues quickly and effectively.
• Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software
• Basic Project Management skills
• Experience in Research and Development (R&D) activities
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Prior experience in the piping industry is a plus

Who We’re Looking For:

• Degree/Diploma in

  Mechanical Engineering

• Minimum

  1 year of experience

  in piping works (valves, pumps, fittings, industrial/building piping).
• Good understanding of piping layouts, drawings, and site supervision.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
