• Inventory Management & Control Manage overall store operations using digital inventory systems (e.g., ERP, SAP, etc.) Monitor stock levels, ensure real-time data accuracy, and minimize discrepancies Implement and enforce FIFO (First-In-First-Out) and FEFO (First-Expired-First-Out) for all applicable materials • Material Handling & Documentation Ensure timely receipt, proper tagging, and safe storage of raw materials, accessories, trims, and packaging materials Oversee issue of materials to production lines as per job card and planning Maintain all inward/outward documentation, GRNs, and stock registers digitally • Process Optimization Identify gaps and lead improvements in inventory workflows Align digital stock records with physical inventory through regular cycle counts and audits Coordinate with Production, Purchase & Quality departments for smooth material flow • Compliance & Systems Implementation Ensure proper handling, storage, and labeling of materials, especially leather and chemicals, as per compliance norms Implement and maintain 5S, Kaizen, and other lean practices in the store Train staff on usage of digital inventory tools and warehouse best practices • Reporting & Analysis Generate daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports for management review Track slow-moving, non-moving, and near-expiry items, and take corrective action Analyze consumption trends and forecast material requirements • Team Leadership Supervise and guide store assistants and helpers to ensure timely task execution Allocate work efficiently, ensure discipline, and evaluate staff performance Promote a safety-first culture and adherence to EHS guidelines
