Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Conduct
Time & Motion Studies
for all styles and operations.
Develop and maintain
Line Balancing
plans ensuring 95% balance efficiency.
Track and analyze
operator performance
daily through data-driven metrics.
Capture and analyze
changeover data
for 100% style switches.
Support
5S audits
and implement workplace improvement initiatives (Target Score 90%).
Participate actively in
Continuous Improvement (CI)
projects minimum 2 ideas/month.
Collaborate closely with Production, QA, and Technical teams to improve workflow efficiency.
Provide accurate efficiency reports, bottleneck analysis, and data dashboards.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors Degree
in Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Textile Engineering (mandatory).
2-5 years of experience in
garment, headwear, or accessory manufacturing
preferred.
Strong knowledge of
SMV, Line Balancing, and Work Study techniques.
Proficiency in
MS Excel, Power BI, or data visualization tools.
Exposure to
Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen principles.
Strong analytical mindset able to translate shop-floor data into actionable insights.
Excellent coordination and communication skills with cross-functional teams.
