Role Description

Design Engineer

The Design Engineer will work closely with the project and site teams to ensure all designs are technically accurate, practical, and optimized for execution efficiency and cost savings — benefiting both the company and its clients.

Experience Required:

industrial and commercial piping layouts

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and prepare

  2D and 3D piping layouts

  , isometric drawings, and detailed fabrication drawings using

  AutoCAD and Revit

  .
• Design

  cost-effective, safe, and efficient piping systems

  for water, HVAC, plumbing, and industrial applications.
• Collaborate with project engineers, site teams, and procurement to ensure feasibility of designs.
• Select appropriate piping materials, fittings, valves, and supports based on technical requirements.
• Prepare bill of materials (BOM) and technical specifications for procurement.
• Ensure all drawings comply with relevant industry codes and client requirements.
• Identify opportunities for

  value engineering

  — optimizing designs for reduced material costs and improved efficiency.
• Review and revise designs based on feedback from clients and site execution teams.
• Maintain version control and documentation of all design files.
• Support project teams during installation and commissioning stages when design clarification is required.

Who We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of proven experience

  in piping design (industrial & building projects).
• Proficiency in

  AutoCAD

  and

  Revit

  .
• Strong understanding of different piping systems, layouts, and materials.

• Structural knowledge

  to ensure design feasibility.
• Ability to design practical, efficient, and cost-saving solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
