Fullcycle Accounting & Reporting Handle daily accounting tasks: journal entries, ledgers, bank reconciliation, cash & accruals. Electrical Design & Documentation Create electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, cable schedules, BOMs, terminal/wiring diagrams, and control panel layouts using EPLAN/AutoCAD. Perform cable sizing, breaker/protection device selection, and ensure compliance with local codes and international standards. Maintain project documentation (as-built drawings, inspection reports, FAT/SAT reports, compliance certificates). Panel Assembly & Supervision Assemble and wire electrical control panels, mounting components like contactors, relays, breakers, PLCs, VFDs, and instruments. Supervise panel fabrication, wiring, and FAT to ensure design quality. Oversee site installation, cabling, gland terminations, and commissioning support. Automation & Control Systems Design, develop, and debug PLC programs (Siemens S7-1200/1500, Ladder, FBD, ST) including PID control loops. Develop HMI interfaces (WinCC Basic/Comfort/Unified) for process monitoring and control. Integrate and commission VFDs, motors, HVAC equipment, valves, and instrumentation. Configure and troubleshoot industrial communication protocols (PROFINET, PROFIBUS, MODBUS). Work with multi-brand PLC platforms (Allen Bradley, Schneider, Mitsubishi, Delta). Commissioning & Support Participate in on-site commissioning, testing, PID tuning, and troubleshooting. Collaborate with automation teams to integrate PLC, HMI, and field instrumentation wiring. Support contractors during installation and ensure smooth project handover.
