About the Role

PLC Programmer

Key Responsibilities

Develop, simulate, and test PLC programs using platforms such as Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, Mitsubishi, and others.
Configure and integrate SCADA/HMI graphics with tools like WinCC, Wonderware, and Citect.
Prepare comprehensive I/O lists, logic flow diagrams, control philosophy, and testing documentation.
Conduct offline simulation and software Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) before deployment.
Provide support to commissioning teams both remotely and on-site as needed.
Work collaboratively with international project teams and site engineers to ensure smooth project handover.
Maintain version control and document updates throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

A minimum of 7 years of experience in PLC programming and SCADA/HMI development.
Hands-on expertise with Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, and/or Mitsubishi PLCs.
Demonstrated experience in process or industrial automation projects.
Excellent documentation and communication skills.
Willingness to travel to project sites within India or internationally as required.
Ability to work independently as well as in coordination with global teams.
