PLC Programmer

Job Title (Position): Senior PLC Programmer (Project Engineer)

Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Electrical or Instrumentation.

Experience: 10 to 12 Years in Mitsubishi plc. (Preffered Immediate Joiner)

Job Description:

1. Mitsubishi PLC Programming expert with experience in creating and editing programs.

2. Hands on knowledge of sensors and cameras used in special purpose machines.

3. Write, edit, and maintain PLC programs using ladder logic, Function Block Diagrams (FBD) in GX Works2/3, and other languages for automation systems.

4. Integrate Mitsubishi PLCs with HMIs (GOT series, GT Designer), SCADA, robots, vision systems, VFDs, and other field devices.

5. Commission new systems, perform I/O checks, loop testing, and system validation at workshops and customer sites.

6. Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profibus, Modbus, CC-LINK).

7. Configure, tune, and program Mitsubishi servo drives and motion applications, often using the MELSERVO-J4 series and the SSCNET III/H network for high-speed, high-accuracy control. This includes speed, position, and jog modes.

8. Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues in existing systems.

9. Create and maintain project documentation, wiring diagrams, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.

10. Expertise in Mitsubishi PLC hardware (FX, Q, iQ-R series) and software (GX Works2/3).

11. Strong knowledge of Mitsubishi servo systems and configuration.

12. Willing to relocate in all over India and other countries.

Salary Range: 70K to 80K (Accoring to Experience)

4. 06 Days working from Monday to Saturday.
