Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore for a PLC Programmer. The role involves designing, testing, and debugging PLC systems for industrial automation. The PLC Programmer will create and modify control algorithms, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the successful implementation of automation solutions. Additionally, the role includes troubleshooting and maintaining PLC systems to ensure operational efficiency and facilitate continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Proficiency in PLC programming and troubleshooting with knowledge of platforms like Siemens, Allen Bradley, or Schneider Electric.
Experience with HMI programming, SCADA systems, and industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, Profibus, and Ethernet/IP.
Strong understanding of electrical circuits, control panels, and instrumentation devices.
Familiarity with automation design, system integration, and documentation practices.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze, debug, and optimize PLC systems efficiently.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
Relevant experience in industrial automation; experience in industries such as manufacturing or robotics is a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
