I. Job Responsibilities**
PLC Programming and Debugging- Responsible for writing and optimizing PLC programs for TV production line equipment, such as module assembly machines, screen lamination units, and testing devices. Proficient in mainstream PLC models including Siemens S7-200/300/1200 and Mitsubishi FX series.- Collaborate with the production line installation schedule to complete on-site commissioning of electrical systems (PLCs, inverters, sensors, touch screens), addressing logical errors, signal anomalies, and other issues during debugging. Ensure that equipment operates according to production standards.
Electrical Installation Guidance and Control
- Based on TV production line electrical schematics and wiring diagrams, provide hands-on guidance to field electricians for installing the equipment’s electrical components, including control cabinet wiring, motor connections, and sensor installations. Ensure adherence to wiring standards and safety protocols.- Verify that the specifications and parameters of electrical components (e.g., contactors, circuit breakers, servo drives) match the design requirements, preventing equipment failures caused by component mismatches.
Equipment Maintenance and Technical Support
- Develop daily maintenance plans for electrical equipment on the TV production line, such as backing up PLC programs and conducting regular inspections of electrical circuits. Proactively identify potential risks to minimize equipment downtime.- Provide electrical technical support to production teams, responding promptly to unexpected equipment failures (e.g., PLC output issues or touchscreen blackouts). Be available on-site within 24 hours to resolve urgent problems.- Document equipment-related electrical faults and compile them into a "Fault Handling Manual," which will serve as a resource for team skill-sharing sessions and training new employees.
Documentation and Collaboration
- Prepare technical documentation related to electrical systems, including detailed comments for PLC programs, electrical commissioning reports, and equipment operation manuals for production staff.- Work closely with the mechanical design team and production line installation team to align electrical requirements with overall equipment installation schedules, ensuring seamless integration of mechanical and electrical systems.- Stay updated on industry trends in electrical technology (e.g., new PLC models, industrial IoT applications) and propose upgrades to the production line’s electrical systems, enhancing overall equipment automation levels.
**II. Qualifications**
Education and Expertise:- Hold at least an associate degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field.- Possess 3+ years of experience in PLC programming and debugging for industrial equipment. Priority given to candidates with experience in TV or electronic device production lines.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in programming software for mainstream PLC brands like Siemens and Mitsubishi (e.g., STEP 7, GX Works2), capable of independently completing logic programming, HMI interface design, and communication configurations.- Understand the operational principles of inverters (e.g., Schneider, ABB), servo systems, and photoelectric sensors, with the ability to perform independent parameter settings and troubleshoot common issues.- Able to interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams, with practical skills in on-site wiring guidance and debugging. Candidates holding an electrician certification (high-voltage or low-voltage preferred) are highly encouraged.
Core Competencies:
- Strong problem-solving skills, enabling quick identification and resolution of unexpected electrical issues during equipment commissioning and operation.- Willingness to travel periodically (up to once per month, if required for customer site installation and commissioning activities).- Detail-oriented and highly responsible, with excellent communication and collaboration abilities to effectively support cross-functional teams in meeting production line delivery goals.
