PLC Engineer

• Comply with company and Departmental Directives and Guidelines.
• To maintain and troubleshoot the automation control circuits by using the following PLC models.
• LS XGT Series PLC
• LS XGT Series PLC I/O Modules
• Siemens S7 300 PLC
• Siemens S7 300 PLC I/O Modules
• Maintenance of chemical pumps & motors and control circuits and sensors.
• Maintenance of actuators and control circuits and sensors.
• Configure, install, and maintain PROFIBUS Networks, which connect PLCs to Field devices like sensors and motors.
• Diagnose and resolve issues in the PLC and PROFIBUS network using diagnostic tools and by analysing network traffic.
• To maintain and troubleshoot the different types of servo motors and servo drives, like Rexroth Indra control L40, CLM 1.4-P-N-2-B Rexroth, Mitsubishi MR-JE-100AS.
• To find out the encoder faults and counter/timer faults. If failure the encoder to change the encoder.
• To maintain and troubleshoot the 30Mtr & 15Mtr EOT Cranes, weighing scales.
• To maintain and troubleshoot the different types of Siemen’s motors and VFD drives, like DanFoss VLT 2800 & FC 360, Siemens Micromaster 440, Siemens sinamic power module 240, Lenze 8200 vector, Altivar VFD, Lenze EVS 9326 ES.
• To maintain and troubleshoot the analog sensors, like dragger analog sensor, wika pressure switch, LVDT, mass flow meter, Namur sensors, Potentiometer,thermocouple.
• To maintain the sensor and communication cables with proper rooting’s.
• Operation and maintenance of substation 11KV HT vcb, 1000KVA Transformer (11KV/440V) with auto tap changer, LT ACB’S and MPCC panel, maintaining the earth pits.
• Operation and maintenance of Utility Equipment’s -500kva DG sets, compressors, air driers, pump house, RO plant, capacitor banks.
• To maintain and troubleshoot the 30Mtr & 15Mtr EOT Crane VFD drives, current collectors.
• To maintain the ISO Document’s and MTTR and MTBF.
• Arrange the Preventive maintenance schedule and involve with the team members.
• To maintain and troubleshoot the different types of HMI, like MITSUBISHI(GS2110-WTBD), SIEMENS TOUCH PANEL(6AV6 642-0AA11-0AX1), SIEMENS SMART 1000 IE V3(6AV6 648-OCE11-3AX0).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
