PLC Engineer

Responsibilities:

A. Develop and implement PLC programs to control various manufacturing processes and equipment.

B. Design, configure, and program HMIs to provide intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for machine operation and monitoring.

C. Collaborate with engineers and technicians to understand system requirements and specifications for automation projects.

D. Install, configure, and troubleshoot servo drives, stepper motors and drives, and other related equipment.

E. Conduct thorough testing and debugging of PLC programs to ensure proper functionality and performance.

F. Perform regular maintenance tasks on PLC systems, including software updates and hardware inspections.

G. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues related to PLCs, HMIs, servo drives, stepper motors, drives, and industrial sensors.

H. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate PLC systems with other control systems and equipment.

I. Provide technical support and guidance to production staff regarding PLC-related issues.

J. Document programming changes, system configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.

K. Stay updated with the latest advancements in PLC technology and automation systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
