Our expertise includes executing turnkey process automation projects, which cover design, engineering, supply, installation, erection, commissioning, and post-sales support. We are deeply committed to delivering innovative solutions that cater to the industrial automation needs of our clients.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a PLC Engineer based in Chennai, with the flexibility to work from home on a part-time basis. The PLC Engineer will be responsible for designing, programming, testing, and commissioning PLC-based control systems. Daily responsibilities include developing project-specific solutions, troubleshooting control system issues, preparing technical documentation, and supporting post-installation maintenance. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to analyze automation requirements and ensure successful project execution is also a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications

Proficient in PLC programming, HMI development, and SCADA systems.
Strong understanding of industrial automation, process control, and instrumentation.
Experience in performing system installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with AutoCAD, E-Plan, or similar software for control system design.
Knowledge of communication protocols such as Modbus, Profibus, and Ethernet/IP.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when required.
Educational qualification in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related engineering field.
Previous experience in process automation projects and knowledge of industry standards are advantageous.
