Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Playing Captain – Wealth. The Playing Captain will oversee and lead wealth management teams, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure the achievement of key performance metrics. The role involves developing and maintaining client relationships, providing expert financial advice, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Daily tasks include portfolio management, team leadership, strategic planning, client consultations, and continuous market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
