Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Plant Manager role located in Hyderabad. The Plant Manager will oversee daily plant operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and compliance with safety standards. Responsibilities include managing plant operations, developing and implementing production plans, supervising manufacturing processes, and optimizing operational workflows. The candidate will lead a team, coordinate with cross-functional departments, and focus on achieving short-term and long-term organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Plant Management and Plant Operations
• Strong skills in Operations Management and Production Planning
• Experience in managing Manufacturing Operations
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to implement process improvements and ensure regulatory compliance
• Educational background in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred
• Proven experience in a plant management or similar leadership role within the manufacturing sector
