As the Plant In-Charge at Palriwal Metals and Minerals Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in leading the operations of our new aluminium recycling plant in Palsana, Surat. Your focus will be on driving productivity, ensuring safety, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the production process. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage daily operations including scrap receipt, segregation, rotary furnace melting, fluxing, dross cooling, and ingot casting - Develop and implement production plans, optimize yield, and ensure strict adherence to environmental norms - Oversee inventory management, coordinate preventive maintenance, ensure safety compliance, and uphold high standards of housekeeping and reporting **Qualifications Required:** - Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Metallurgy, Mechanical, or Production Engineering - 5-10 years of hands-on experience in aluminium recycling or non-ferrous foundry operations - Strong knowledge of rotary furnace operation, fluxing, degassing, spectro analysis, and alloy control - Proven leadership skills, problem-solving ability, and familiarity with EHS and pollution control requirements This role offers a competitive salary package, performance-based incentives, and accommodation facilities if needed.
