Job Description

Working Day -6 Days

Location - Old Faridabad

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily production and ensure target achievement
Manage automatic moulding machines, CNC/VMC/EDM operations
Ensure quality standards, ISO compliance, and process control
Lead shop-floor teams and ensure safety & discipline
Plan preventive maintenance and reduce machine downtime
Control costs, inventory, and material wastage
Coordinate with design, purchase, and dispatch teams
Prepare production and efficiency reports for management

Required Profile:

B.E./Diploma in Mechanical or Production Engineering
812 years of experience in mould manufacturing
Strong knowledge of CNC, EDM, VMC, and tool room processes
Experience in Lean Manufacturing & 5S preferred
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
