As an experienced Plant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing plant. Your background in manufacturing, leadership, and problem-solving will be crucial in driving efficiency, quality, and safety. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee plant operations, including production, maintenance, and quality control. - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. - Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality. - Lead and motivate a team of production supervisors, operators, and maintenance personnel. - Identify and resolve operational issues, implementing corrective actions as needed. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and support business objectives. - Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and reports. - Ensure a safe working environment, implementing safety protocols and procedures. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging lean manufacturing principles. - Foster a culture of quality, safety, and employee engagement. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. - Minimum 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing management. - Proven track record of driving efficiency, quality, and safety. - Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Experience with lean manufacturing principles and practices. - Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards. - Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
