Job Description

Role & responsibilities

The Plant Manager will be responsible for establishing and operationalizing wiring harness production set-up as backward integration for Retro-fit Assembly line of EV - HEMM. This role involves end-to-end project management of plant setup, infrastructure planning, equipment installation, workforce training, and ensuring compliance and standards.

Job Title: Plant Manager

Location: Raigarh

Preferred candidate profile

Plant Setup Planning: Define layout, infrastructure, utilities, and workflow for wiring harness manufacturing.
Equipment Procurement & Installation: Identify, source, and oversee installation of crimping machines, cutting machines, testing machines and packaging etc.
Process Development: Establish SOPs for cutting, crimping, assembly, and testing of wiring harnesses.

Qualifications

Bachelors / Master degree in electrical engineering.
10+ years of experience in leading manufacturing & assembly.

Mandatory Skills:

Strong Communication skill with external & internal stakeholders
Effective presentability and interpersonal skills.
High integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
