Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Manager (Male) to oversee the complete operations of our manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in production, operations management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the entire plant operations
• Ensure production targets and quality standards are met
• Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality control teams
• Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Monitor costs and implement cost-reduction strategies
• Prepare and present performance reports to senior management
• Lead, mentor, and motivate plant staff to achieve performance goals

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Plant Manager or similar role in a manufacturing environment
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
• Must be male, due to nature of role and shift responsibilities

Salary: upto 50k
