Job Title: Plant Manager (Male) – Manufacturing Industry Location: Ludhiana Company: Dimple Packaging Pvt. Ltd. Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: Minimum 5–8 years in a manufacturing environment Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Manager (Male) to oversee the complete operations of our manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in production, operations management, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage the entire plant operations Ensure production targets and quality standards are met Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality control teams Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Monitor costs and implement cost-reduction strategies Prepare and present performance reports to senior management Lead, mentor, and motivate plant staff to achieve performance goals Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field Proven experience as a Plant Manager or similar role in a manufacturing environment Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Excellent organizational and communication abilities Must be male, due to nature of role and shift responsibilities Salary: upto 50k How to Apply: Send your updated CV to ea.dimplepackaging@gmail.com with the subject line: Plant Manager – Manufacturing .
