Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Floor Incharge to oversee the day-to-day operations on the floor, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and a high standard of quality/service. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in managing teams, handling customer or production floor operations, and maintaining safety and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily floor operations.
• Manage and monitor staff performance and productivity.
• Ensure proper inventory management and stock levels.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety on the floor.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure satisfaction (if applicable).
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on operations and performance.
• Implement company policies and ensure compliance.
• Train new team members and ensure ongoing staff development.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar supervisory or floor management role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with inventory and POS systems (for retail), or production equipment (for manufacturing).
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or diploma in management is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
