Key Responsibilities
* Shift Management & Reporting:Ensure smooth operation of the plant during assigned shift, adhering to production targets and quality parameters. Preparing shift wise and daily reports. Interacting with client representatives whenever required.
* Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and ensure environmental and operational compliance with relevant regulations.
* Team Coordination: Supervise plant operators, technicians, and helpers; allocate tasks, resolve issues, and maintain discipline.
* Troubleshooting : Identify operational issues, coordinate maintenance activities, and maintain detailed shift reports and logs.
* Inventory & Resource Tracking: Track usage of feedstock, chemicals, spare parts, and consumables. Coordinate with stores and procurement as needed.
* Emergency Response: Lead incident response during operational or safety emergencies. Report and document incidents as per SOP.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
