Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management: Direct daily manufacturing, production scheduling, and workflow.
Safety & Compliance: Enforce Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and company policies.
Production & Quality: Achieve output goals, maintain quality standards, and optimize asset utilization.
Team Leadership: Manage, train, motivate, and develop production/maintenance staff and supervisors.
Financial Control: Monitor budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement initiatives to boost efficiency and productivity.
Coordination: Liaise with supply chain, logistics, and other departments.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business/Management.
Experience: Proven managerial/supervisory experience in a manufacturing plant.
Leadership: Strong ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams.
Technical: Deep understanding of production management, operations, and equipment.
Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with HSE and quality standards.
Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Typical Duties

Overseeing machinery and maintenance.
Analyzing production data and generating reports.
Handling documentation and inventory.
Participating in plant expansion or equipment planning.
