Job Description

Job responsibilities

Manage daily operations: Oversee all plant activities, including manufacturing, production, processing, and packaging.
Ensure safety and compliance: Implement and enforce safety and healthcare protocols, perform safety checks, and ensure the facility meets all HSE and ISO standards.
Production and quality control: Ensure production goals are met on time and within budget, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and maintain quality standards.
Staff and resource management: Recruit, train, and supervise plant staff. Manage materials, resources, and budgets.
Process improvement: Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity. Analyze data and create reports to identify bottlenecks and optimize workflows.
Administrative tasks: Maintain all administrative records and ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
