UNIT MANAGER - CHEMICAL FACTORY

• Staff and team management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team to ensure optimal performance. This includes training new hires and addressing underperformance.
• Operational oversight: Manage daily operations, from coordinating tasks with other departments to implementing service improvement strategies.
• Strategic and financial planning: Develop and implement strategies to achieve department targets and manage the unit's budget effectively. This also includes financial forecasting and profit delivery.
• Performance and goal achievement: Monitor performance metrics, analyze market trends, and ensure the unit meets its performance targets.
• Compliance and quality: Ensure the unit complies with all company policies and procedures, and maintain high standards of quality and customer service.
• Relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and collaborate with other departments to align business objectives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
