Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and supervise daily production activities.
• Ensure production targets are achieved as per project timelines and quality standards.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and quality teams to ensure smooth production flow.
• Optimize production processes for improved efficiency and reduced downtime.
• Monitor material usage and reduce wastage.
• Supervise and guide supervisors, technicians, and operators.
• Ensure proper work allocation and shift planning.
• Conduct daily toolbox meetings and assign work targets.
• Monitor labor productivity and enforce discipline on the shop floor.
• Ensure adherence to company and client quality standards for all manufactured panels.
• Collaborate with the QA/QC team to conduct inspections and resolve quality issues.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production and maintenance reports.
• Present plant performance data to management.
• Maintain records of manpower, machinery utilization, and production output

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Sound knowledge of electrical systems and panel board manufacturing
• Expertise in production planning and process improvement
• Familiar with AutoCAD drawings and electrical schematics
• Good communication and coordination ability
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Qualifications:

• Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering
• Experience: Minimum 5–10 years in a manufacturing / electrical panel production environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Able to work in shift timing

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
