Key Responsible od store In charge Managing on-site inventory, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials like tools, equipment, and consumables, include maintaining accurate stock records ensuring proper storage and safety, and coordinating with suppliers and engineers to manage stock levels and report on usage and shortages. This role ensures efficient material flow and minimizes waste on the construction site. Some major Key responsibilities are as under · Issuing materials from store as per site requisitions approved by site engineer for consumable / returnable. · Handling, Managing and keeping record of Inventory Requisition & Issuing, Indenting for Purchase, Receipts, Materials Received Register (MRR), Storage, Dispatch, and Inventory. · Inspecting & handling the raw materials the Quality standard and ensure the quality & quantity of the same · Handling HSD and issuing the same to equipment’s and track the consummation as per working of the equipment’s. · Executing all the Day-to-Day Stores Function as per the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure). · Maintain all store reports including record of rental scaffolding contractor wise and place of use wise. With all other store items & Assets. · Prepare monthly store reconciliation statement. · Maintaining Minimum Stock level of all consumables. · Maintaining the proper Method of stock issue maintaining the various levels of stock. · Review of Store function (DPR/ERP feeding Status) of sites on daily basis. · Overall responsibility for all Stores, Dispatch Purchase functions. · Other work assigned time to time
