Job Description

As a Plant HR Reporting Manager at Ranjangaon, your prime responsibility is to take sole ownership of Plant HR, Admin, and Time office functions. You are required to understand the plant processes, establish employee muster upkeep, and lead various plant committees such as Canteen, Transport, EHS, Safety, and First Aid. Your role will involve working on weak points, managing contracts with various service providers like Contractors, Labour, Housekeeping, Transport, and Canteen. Additionally, you will be responsible for daily MIS preparation, ensuring compliance with daily attendance and leave management, addressing employee grievances, and devising solutions. Moreover, you will also be involved in activity planning, event management, employee motivation, and maintaining the HRMS and attendance systems. Key Responsibilities: - Bills verification, managing expenses, invoice booking, and tracking for contractors - Maintaining files for statutory and FI audit purposes - Managing office stationary - Ensuring the upkeep of systems including HRMS and attendance - Facilitating new employee onboarding, induction, and training - Overseeing housekeeping and administration functions - Addressing plant requirements and planning necessary actions - Developing and implementing policies, procedures, and their roll-out - Assessing contractors for Labour, Canteen, Housekeeping, Security, and Transport services Qualifications Required: - Graduate/MBA in HR/IR - 5-8 years of management experience - Knowledge of Plant Operations, Plant HR policies, Industrial Relations, Labour Laws, and Compliance with DISH regulations,
