You are a dedicated and experienced Plant HR & Admin Manager responsible for managing all human resources activities within the manufacturing plant of Rausheena Udyog Ltd Engg Division in Guwahati. Your main duties include overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations. Working closely with plant management, you will align HR strategies with business objectives, demonstrating strong HR management background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Your proactive problem-solving approach and commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture will be crucial in this role. You will develop and implement HR policies and procedures, manage employee benefits programs, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Your responsibilities will involve developing HR policies, managing recruitment processes, overseeing employee relations, conducting performance appraisals, coordinating training programs, ensuring legal compliance, managing employee benefits, and reporting HR metrics. Collaborating with plant management, you will promote a positive workplace culture, handle disciplinary actions, support health and safety initiatives, and facilitate communication between employees and management. Additionally, you will manage HR budgets, oversee onboarding programs, implement diversity and inclusion initiatives, monitor employee satisfaction, provide HR support during organizational changes, and conduct exit interviews. To qualify for this role, you should have an MBA in Human Resources Management, a minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of labour laws, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proven ability to handle multiple tasks, and proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite are essential. You must maintain confidentiality, possess strong organizational and time management skills, and have experience with performance management, employee benefits, training programs, and HR policies. Leadership, team management, analytical, and reporting skills are required, along with a proactive approach to HR challenges, commitment to continuous improvement, and willingness to travel as needed. This is a full-time position with benefits such as Provident Fund, requiring a Bachelor's degree and relevant experience in HR and Administration. Professional certification in Human Resources is preferred. The job location is in-person with a day shift schedule.,
