Production Supervisor - Coupler

As a Production Supervisor-Coupler at Rausheena Udyog Limited, Engineering Division in GHY (Guwahati, India), you will be responsible for overseeing the daily production of the machine line and assembly section. Your duties will include preparing daily production reports for each section, reporting to the Production Head, and ensuring that the workflow aligns with the work schedule. It will be your responsibility to dispatch products within the delivery timeline and handle the inspection of RDSO. You will play a key role in improving coupler production by inspecting coupler components and final couplers, conducting visual inspections of castings, and implementing internal process controls. Your tasks will also involve maintaining quality documentation, making quality presentations, and aiming to achieve quality parameters while ensuring defect-free products. Additionally, you will monitor non-destructive testing processes and analyze casting rejection rates. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field with 3-5 years of experience in the steel casting, railway engineering industry, or steel foundry sector. The job is full-time and requires working day shifts at the specified location in Guwahati. The benefits provided for this role include Provident Fund.
