Job Description

As a Production Supervisor-Coupler at Rausheena Udyog Limited, Engineering Division in GHY (Guwahati, India), your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Responsible for daily production of Machine line and assembly Section. - Daily Production Report Making for each section and reporting to Production Head. - Ensuring that the workflow aligns with the work schedule. - Dispatching products within the delivery timeline. - Handling Inspection of RDSO and ensuring compliance. - Working towards improving coupler production processes. - Conducting inspection of coupler components and Final Coupler. - Performing visual inspection of Castings. - Implementing internal process control measures. - Documenting and presenting quality reports. - Achieving Quality parameters and ensuring Defect Free Products. - Monitoring Non-Destructive testing processes. - Analyzing casting rejection instances. Qualifications & Experience: - Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical or related field. - Total Experience: 3-5 years in Steel casting, railway engineering industry, or steel foundry. In this full-time role, you will be entitled to Provident Fund benefits. The work schedule will be in day shift. The preferred education qualification is a Diploma, and the preferred total work experience is 5 years, with at least 4 years of experience in Coupler Production and 5 years of experience working with steel foundries. This position requires in-person work at the designated location.
