Immediate Hiring -Role: Plant Head (Techno-Commercial Management) Exp- 10-12 Years Experience..Location - Nashik

1. Core Responsibility

To lead the entire plant operations — ensuring production efficiency, quality, cost control, safety, and profitability — while balancing both technical and commercial goals.

A. Technical Responsibilities (Techno side)

Production & Operations Management – Oversee daily plant activities, achieve production targets, minimize downtime.

Process Improvement (Lean / Kaizen / TPM) – Drive continuous improvement to enhance productivity.

Quality Assurance – Maintain product standards (ISO, Six Sigma, etc.).

Maintenance & Reliability – Ensure equipment uptime, preventive maintenance schedules.

EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) – Implement safety protocols, zero accident targets.

Technology Upgradation – Introduce automation, new machinery, or process innovations.

B. Commercial Responsibilities (Commercial side)

Cost Management – Optimize production cost, energy use, and manpower utilization.

Budgeting & P&L Ownership – Prepare and manage plant budgets, ensure profitability.

Procurement & Vendor Management – Evaluate suppliers, control material cost.

Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination – Manage raw materials, logistics, dispatches.

Customer & Marketing Interface – Support sales teams with technical inputs or client visits.

Compliance & Audits – Statutory, legal, and financial compliance for the plant. :
