Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Navsari for a Plant Head. The Plant Head will oversee daily plant operations, including production planning, quality control, and budgeting. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and optimizing operational efficiency. The role involves collaborating with different departments to meet production targets and maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety in line with GMP standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Plant Operations and Production Planning
• Expertise in Quality Control and Compliance with industry standards
• Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management
• Skills in Production Management and operational efficiency
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
• Previous experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
