Plant Head

As the Operations Head in our company, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of our operations within the Racking/Sheet Metal Fabrication industry. You will need to have prior experience in handling a company turnover of 200-300 Crores and possess core expertise in production, PPC (Production Planning & Control), maintenance, and operational excellence. Your key responsibilities will include managing HR activities related to operations, implementing lean management practices such as KAIZEN and continuous improvement methodologies, and driving cost-saving initiatives especially in manpower optimization. You will also be required to resolve operational challenges by effectively utilizing internal and external resources. We are looking for a candidate who is highly self-motivated, result-oriented, and aged between 45-55 years. It is essential that you are free of family or transport-related constraints. While experience in Rolling, Mechanical Engineering, Powder Coating, or Sheet Metal Fabrication is preferred, it is not mandatory. Familiarity with SAP/ERP systems implementation and usage, as well as a background in the racking industry, would be advantageous for this role. The location for this position is within 510 km of our facility, and relocation is accepted. We offer a competitive salary package that is considered the best in the industry.
