We’re hiring a Plant Head — Stainless-Steel Fasteners (On-site | Dewas, MP)

What you’ll drive

Master production planning, line balancing & bottleneck removal; deliver
OTIF ≥ 95%
Quality systems:
APQP/PPAP, PFMEA, MSA, SPC
; IATF 16949/ISO 9001 compliance
TPM/Preventive
maintenance to lift
OEE
and reduce breakdowns
Yield, scrap, energy per unit, inventory turns; tight ERP discipline
Build & coach a high-performance shop-floor team; champion
5S/Lean/Kaizen/SMED

Must-haves

12–20 years
in
fastener manufacturing
, incl.
5+ years
leading a plant/value stream
Hands-on with
cold forging/cold heading, thread rolling, heat treatment, passivation
Proven numbers on
OEE, OTIF, PPM
and customer audits
ERP fluent; strong vendor & tooling coordination

Nice-to-have

Export exposure (EU/US), REACH/RoHS awareness, Six Sigma GB/BB

Location:
