Lead and oversee the end to end manufacturing activities.
Plan, align and execute production orders in line with sales target set by the organisation
Control the consumption of resources including manpower, machine, materials and money.
Lead, train and motivate the work-force in all the aspects including safety, morale, etc
Drive "Lean Manufacturing" initiatives.
Communicate effectively, accurately and promptly to the top management on the various developments aligned with organization's goals.
