Quality Manager – Stainless-Steel Fasteners (On-site, Dewas)

As Quality Manager, you will take end-to-end ownership of our QA/QC system—covering incoming raw materials, in-process controls and final inspections—while spearheading continuous-improvement projects that delight customers and boost profitability. Key Responsibilities • Define & improve inspection, testing and evaluation procedures for stainless-steel fasteners & fabricated parts. • Operate/maintain mechanical & metallurgical lab equipment (tensile tester, spectrometer, hardness tester, PMI gun, etc.). • Interpret & apply ISO 9001, ASTM, DIN, IS, BS, EN and customer-specific standards; prepare PPAP/FAIR/MTC. • Lead audits (internal, supplier) and act as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, driving corrective-action programs. • Analyse non-conformities using 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, and implement preventive actions. • Mentor & train line inspectors and production teams on quality best practices. • Report weekly/monthly quality metrics to management; recommend data-driven improvements.
