Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and monitor

  product costing, margin analysis, and profitability reports

  across product lines.

• Build and maintain accurate

  BOM (Bill of Materials), overhead allocation, and cost structures

• Support management in

  pricing strategy

  and ensure profitable product positioning.
• 
  
• Conduct

  variance analysis

  (budget vs. actual) and recommend cost optimization measures.
• 
  
• Partner with production, procurement, and supply chain to

  control costs and improve efficiency

• 
  
• Monitor SKU-wise, region-wise, and customer-wise

  profitability performance

  .
• 
  
• Provide

  data-driven insights

  to sales and marketing teams for decision-making.
• 
  
• Support

  new product launches

  with cost simulation and profitability projections.
• 
  
• Ensure

  compliance with accounting standards, audits, and company policies

  .
• 
  
• Develop and present

  monthly/quarterly product controlling reports

  for management review.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in

  Product Controlling / Costing / Business Finance

  in sanitaryware, faucets, FMCG, or manufacturing industry.
• 
  
• Strong knowledge of

  cost accounting, pricing models, and financial controlling

  .
• 
  
• Proven ability to analyze data and present actionable insights.
• 
  
• Proficiency in

  Excel and MIS reporting

  .
• 
  
• Strong coordination skills across sales, marketing, supply chain, and production teams.
• 
  
• Analytical mindset, process-oriented, and detail-focused.

  Sanitaryware, Faucets, Pipes & Fittings, FMCG, or Consumer Durables
