Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Planning Engineer located in Pune. The Planning Engineer will be responsible for daily production planning, project control, and ensuring effective communication within the project team. The role also involves analytical tasks to support planning and project control initiatives. The Planning Engineer will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and updating project schedules and resource allocation plans to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of real estate development projects. The role requires coordination with internal departments, consultants, and contractors to support successful project execution aligned with company objectives. Qualifications Proficiency in Planning and Production Planning (Primavera P6, MS Project). Strong Analytical Skills Experience in Project Control Excellent Communication skills Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Ability to work on-site in Pune Previous experience in the construction industry is a plus. 5+ years of planning experience in real estate or construction industry. Solid understanding of construction methods, project management principles, and local building regulations. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Experience in high-rise, mixed-use, residential, or commercial developments is preferred. Key Responsibilities: Develop detailed project schedules (Primavera P6/MS Project) covering design, approvals, procurement, construction, and handover phases. Monitor project progress and performance against the baseline schedule; identify delays and propose mitigation strategies. Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to gather inputs for planning activities. Prepare and present weekly/monthly progress reports, dashboards, S-curves, and look-ahead schedules.
