Planning Engineer

**Job Description:** As a Civil Engineer with 3-5 years of experience in project planning within the construction industry, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of projects. Your expertise in planning software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project, as well as proficiency in drawing software like AutoCAD and Revit, will be essential for developing comprehensive project schedules and coordinating with architects and engineers to prepare accurate construction drawings. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop comprehensive project schedules using tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project. - Break down projects into phases, activities, and tasks, setting realistic timelines and milestones. - Utilize Gantt charts, Critical Path Method (CPM), and PERT schedules for effective time management. - Collaborate with architects and engineers to prepare and review construction drawings. - Ensure that drawings are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with project specifications. - Estimate and allocate resources including manpower, materials, and equipment. - Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets, ensuring efficient resource utilization. - Track project progress against the baseline schedule. - Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders. - Identify delays and propose corrective actions to keep the project on track. - Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. - Conduct risk assessments and implement preventive measures to minimize delays and cost overruns. - Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to align schedules and objectives. - Maintain comprehensive records of project plans, schedules, and changes. - Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field. - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project planning within the construction industry. - Professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is advantageous. - Advanced knowledge of planning software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project. - Proficiency in drawing software like AutoCAD and Revit. - Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) is a plus. **Benefits:** - Health insurance - Life insurance - Paid sick time - Provident Fund Please note that the work location is in person, and the job type is full-time with a day shift schedule.,
