Job Description :-

• Project Scheduling: Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules, including all phases such as design, procurement, construction, and closeout for residential real estate projects.
• Progress Monitoring: Track project progress and update schedules regularly to reflect actual performance, identifying any deviations or delays and proposing corrective actions.
• Resource Allocation: Coordinate with project teams to allocate resources efficiently, ensuring that manpower, materials, and equipment are available in line with project requirements.
• Risk Management: Identify potential scheduling risks and develop mitigation strategies to avoid project delays and cost overruns.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Software Proficiency: Auto-CAD, MS-Office, ETABS

Key Requirements

• Experience: 5-7 years of experience in planning engineering within the real estate or residential construction industry.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management and scheduling software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, and other relevant tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
