Role Overview
As a Planning Engineer, you will play a key role in project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting to ensure smooth execution of projects. You will work closely with the project management team, clients, and contractors to align timelines, resources, and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules.
• Coordinate with project managers and site teams to track progress and update schedules.
• Analyze project performance, identify delays or risks, and suggest corrective actions.
• Prepare and present regular project progress reports, dashboards, and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with project timelines, cost plans, and quality standards.
• Support in resource planning, material forecasting, and project documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of milestones.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.Tech) in Civil Engineering – mandatory.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in planning and project scheduling within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel).
• Solid understanding of construction processes, cost control, and resource management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to fast-paced projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Planning: 3 years (Preferred)
